We will be making many beautiful upgrades to allow our families to have the most elegant facility to honor their loved one. For many years people always wanted us to have a larger facility, now our facility is the largest funeral home in the area. Our reputation has always been our biggest asset. We also look forward to having both Louis Vazza and Jessica Vazza Ferragamo alongside of us, as we come together as one. On September 30th, 2022, we proudly purchased the Vazza “Beechwood” Funeral Home – DiPietro and Vazza, Inc. He was the dear brother of the late Anna Pacella, Margaret DelGrosso, Patsy, Armando & Joseph Giamattei. He is also lovingly survived by his brothers-in-law, Robert & Charles Alvino, his faithful nephew, Carl “Butchie” Marino, all of Revere & many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces & grand-nephews. Giamattei & her fiancee Nicholas Rubino of Wakefield & Julie Rose Giamattei of Boston’s Back Bay. He is the adoring grandfather to Christine M. Giamattei of Revere, with whom Alfred made his home. He was the husband of the late Rose Marie (Alvino) Giamattei, who died in January of 1999. He would work for the Revere School System, as a school custodian for over 20 years, from 1967-1987. He was most proud of his military service & would often regale his family & friends with stories of his adventures during WWII. Navy on October 15th, 1942 and served until Februas a Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class. Anthony of Padua Church, 250 Revere St., Revere, at 10:00 a.m.īorn & raised in Revere, he attended Revere High School.
